To begin your application, you must provide your order number along with your trademark details. This can be either a logo upload or a word mark entered into the text field provided.

If you are submitting a logo, only one file is permitted per application and it must be in JPEG format (.jpg or .jpeg). Please ensure your logo is clear and final, as this is the version that will be submitted to the UK IPO.

If you are registering a word mark only and do not have a logo, you do not need to upload a file. Instead, enter your exact trade name in the text field provided. Please check spelling and formatting carefully, as your application will be filed exactly as submitted.

Please note that submissions are only valid for paid orders, and your order number must be included so we can match your details. Incomplete or missing information may result in delays to your application.

Once your details have been received, our team will begin preparing your trademark application in line with your selected package.
